Backstory

Mockingbird started the same way most good things do — in a bedroom, with a needle, thread, and a vision.

Growing up, clothes were never just clothes. They were obsessions. Basketball shoes lined up by the door, streetwear looks studied like homework. By high school, that love turned into action, sewing patches onto jackets, adding pockets to shorts, stitching hoodies by hand for family on Christmas morning. Not because it was practical. Because it felt like me.

Mockingbird is what happens when you stop waiting for permission to create.

At 20 years old, I'm not waiting to "make it" before I start. I'm building while I go; designing pieces that carry the same feeling I got as a kid lacing up a fresh pair and walking out the door feeling unstoppable. That feeling of this is exactly who I am.

This brand is for the ones who get it. The ones who express themselves through what they wear, who find their voice in a silhouette or a detail nobody else noticed. The ones who are, right now, figuring out who they are and refusing to be boring about it.
